Suncatchers can be beautiful already, but my suncatchers are also genuinely magickal! Suncatchers are meant to be hung in your window, to catch and refract the sunlight. They help create good vibes and happiness wherever they are hung. The origins of suncatchers come from Native American and Asian traditions, and they’re commonly seen in the Western World. I have taken the traditions of suncatchers and made them into magickal items. I crafted four suncatchers, all intended for different purposes.
This was the first one I crafted, and I admit I didn’t know what I was doing with it. I had been working on it for a little while, adding charms and just going with the flow with the structure. Then the thought just popped into my head: the Wish Granter! Once its purpose was clear I moved forward more intentionally and finished off the crafting. And I had a plan for the other suncatchers I aws going to craft!
As the name suggests, this magickal suncatcher is crafted to grant your wishes*. Take a moment to form a connection with your suncatcher. Carry out your own ritual to set your own intent, whatever wish(es) you want your suncatcher to grant. Hang it in your window to catch your dreams and throw them towards you!
