Suncatchers can be beautiful objects as they are, but my suncatchers are also genuinely magickal! Suncatchers are meant to be hung in your window, to catch and refract the sunlight. They help create good vibes and happiness wherever they are hung. The origins of suncatchers come from Native American and Asian traditions, and they’re commonly seen in the Western World. I have taken the traditions of suncatchers and made them into magickal items. I crafted four suncatchers, all intended for different purposes.
This one is for protection. Normally you would use witch bells for protection, but I like to do things my own way! Protection magick is inherently dark magick, but with this beautiful handcrafted suncatcher you will be protected by the forces of light! I have incorporated some powerful protective symbols and elements into this piece.
Normally I would recommend hanging this in your window, however, this is for protection. It could be a good idea to hang it at or near the entrance to your home. If you want to hang it in a window, I would suggest hanging it in a more private window, one that not everyone can look into (or cast your own little invisibility spell over the suncatcher!). Failing which, try and disguise it in your curtains. You could also hang it over your bed if you like to be protected when you sleep.
