3. Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years or older to book a tarot reading or purchase from our website. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when engaging with our services.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & Deposits
Appointments are booked via Fresha and are subject to their Terms of Use. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: Deposit will be retained.
- Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
5. Products, Shipping & Returns
We may sell physical products via our website using WooCommerce and PayPal for payment processing.
- Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days. We currently deliver within the UK.
- Returns: Due to the personal nature of our products, items are generally non-refundable, but we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at guidedbygaiatarot13@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. Payments
Payments for services and products are processed securely via PayPal, WooCommerce, and Fresha. We do not store your payment details.
